Student council will meet tomorrow, Wednesday, November 29th at 7:00AM in the cafeteria.

All permission slips for the Math Team Meet are due to Dr. McCurley in room 4 by Wednesday, November 29th, during advisory.

Geography Bee Club will meet this Thursday, November 30th, in room 36.

Any student who is interested in joining the ski club should have their completed forms passed in to either Mrs. Casey, Ms. Woodley or Mr. Ruhmann by Friday, Dec. 1st.

Blanchard Theatre arts presents Children's Letters to God on Friday, December 1st at 7:00pm

There is no Art club this week.  The next Art club will be Wednesday, December 6th.

Congratulations to the AMC Math Club on their impressive win over Evergreen Middle School in Washington State. Michael C. and Andrew C. earned perfect scores for the Bulldogs.  The next match will be after school on Wednesday, November 29th.

Attention 8th Graders: The Yearbook Poetry contest is going on NOW! Submit your poem for consideration.  If yours is selected you win a a FREE yearbook!
The yearbook club needs your baby picture! Please bring in a photo of you, age 0-2 years, with your with your name on the back. Please give your pictures to Mr. Bogacz in room 41.

The next meeting of the Blanchard Book Club is Wednesday December 20. If you would like to join us, but didn't get a copy of the December book ( Pax by Sara Pennypacker)
stop by the Learning Commons today to pick one up.

Basketball Tryouts are being held November 27-30th.  Players will know if they made the team by the end of tryouts on November 30th.  We are looking for coachable players that want to work hard and are good teammates.  Returning players DO NOT have an automatic spot on the team and I don't know who is playing on a travel team this year.  It's a new season for everyone and I can't wait to get started!!!

     Three boxes of new library books arrived last week. Stop by the library during Advisory for the opportunity to be the first to check out one.

   Peer Leaders are running two fundraisers from now through December 15th. Blanket the Valley: We are looking for gently used blankets, comforters, coats, winter boots, baby blankets, sleeping bags and new  
    hats, gloves, socks and underwear. These donations will go to those who desparately need them. Westford Food Pantry: We are looking for donations of canned foods and non-perishables such as canned soups
    and canned foods, condiments, pasta, rice, coffee, teas, toilet paper, and paper towels. If the Banchard community reaches its goal of 400 donated items by December 15th the students and faculty will earn a
     Pajama spirit day!
