MATHEMATICS
Students in Standard Math are currently working on Unit 6. This unit will serve as a bridge between arithmetic and algebra. At the conclusion of the unit, students will be expected to know how to divide fractions, perform the basic operations with positive and negative numbers, and apply order of operations to equation solving.
Students in Accelerated Math are wrapping up Unit 6 and will be starting Unit 7 soon. During this unit students will review the basic concepts of probability. They will be calculating theoretical probabilities and comparing them to experimental outcomes.
All students will be taking the diagnostic assessment at the beginning of April. More details to come soon.
